Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to return or exchange any item purchased on www.bowmeow.com with the full details of the purchase and the reason for return or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, you will not be charged for any additional shipping charges. So that we may ensure your return or exchange is properly handled (and a refund, if applicable, properly made), please do not return any item without first receiving a return authorization number from us. We cannot be responsible for any items returned to us without a return authorization number.

Return Policy

So we can offer you a wider selection of products, we maintain a smaller inventory (often times purchasing product from our distributors especially to fill your order), we are, therefore, only able to exchange sizes on clothing orders.

We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping, handling and gift wrapping charges (if applicable)) for most items returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that all returns must include the original receipt and a return authorization number.   

Exchange Policy gladly exchange any damaged or defective merchandise (and, in the unlikely event that we are unable to exchange it, we will refund the full purchase price of the item).  Please note that all exchanges must include the original receipt and a return authorization number.
